Do I need equipment?
While many of our workouts utilize dumbbells and resistance bands to enhance strength training, we offer numerous bodyweight sessions as well. Our coaches always provide modifications to accommodate the equipment you have on hand.
Can I ask questions during Zoom?
Yes! Our workouts are interactive and welcoming write in the chat anytime.
What if I miss a ZOOM class?
No worries—replays are available 24/7!
I’m new to fitness. Can I still join?
Our virtual classes are designed for those with some familiarity with bodyweight or dumbbell exercises. If you're new to fitness, we recommend starting with our ‘Mat Pilates’ Workouts or 'Fit & Functional' series led by Marie or the 'Movement Studio Basics' workouts. These programs focus on building foundational strength and confidence, preparing you for our broader class offerings.
