Here are some of the class descriptions. All of these workouts are included in your membership, plus many more classes added daily.
Cardio/Strength
This workout will take you to the next level. We'll use strength based movements to create a heart pumping workout. This class moves quickly and you will scorch the calories.
CardioMixx
A fun sweaty cardio workout combining a mixture of different styles of cardio, from Kickboxing to Intervals to simple choreographed cardio.
Fat Burner
We'll use compound strength and core movements to train your body to be more efficient at burning fat. A fast paced strength & core class.
Ultimate
My favorite workout of the week. This combines elements of all of my workouts into one insane workout. Strength, Cardio, Power, Endurance, Stability, Agility, Mobility and more!
Triple Metcon
Are you up for the challenge? This is my signature class. The class has three "Metcons" (metobolic conditioning) intervals and builds intensity by working three different cardio energy systems alternating core work between the sets for active recovery.
Core
A workout that strengthens every muscle between your hips and shoulders 360.
Strength
Strengthen & Tone the entire body in this class. We work each muscle group individually, and you'll feel the burn. Develop lean muscles and increase your metabolism. From newbies to gym rats this foundational class is a must for everyone.
Mat Pilates
Strengthening and lengthening that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. A workout for EVERYONE
