Monica Moreland, Owner

Monica's passion is fitness and motivating you, a certified ACE Fitness Instructor, and certified NASM Personal Trainer.

With 17 years of experience as a fitness instructor, Monica has been recognized as one of the top instructors in the country, and will help you reach your potential. As a former college athlete Monica had her share of injuries resulting in a total knee replacement two years ago.  She knows through personal and professional experience that each person's body is unique, with its own strengths and limitations.

Each week Monica will lead you through a series of workouts, each designed to strengthen different muscle groups and energy systems. With a no nonsense approach to coaching, she expects the most of her clients and will coach you to be a better you.

 

Marie

Marie has been a fitness instructor for 13 years. She teaches a variety of formats, she has always been active and loves showing others how fitness improves your life. She is 68 years young, and also Monica’s mom.

Nicole

Nicole is a former athlete with a background in personal training and is now a mom of two. Staying fit has always been a priority in Nicole’s life whether she was competing in triathlons or chasing her kids around the park.

During and after pregnancy can be a challenging time for prioritizing fitness; through her experience, Nicole is excited to share her tips on how to keep a balance between motherhood and staying active. She has many years of experience of coaching kids in soccer, gymnastics and hockey.

Sam

Sam loves to stay busy especially when it’s all things marketing, retail, and fitness-related.  She has been teaching group fitness for almost 9 years after completing Corepower’s Yoga Sculpt teaching training program and more recently, ACE group fitness certification.  Since then teaching has helped her discover the importance of finding joy and balance across all facets of daily living.  It is incredibly important that you love what you do and feel good doing it - whether that is fitness, food, relationships or career.  2020 has proven to be a wild year but through a variety of “silver lining’s” it has solidified her lifelong goal to help others become the best version of themselves. When she is not working or teaching, Sam enjoys spending time with friends, family, her boyfriend and French bulldog!

Licia

Licia’s passion for fitness began in group fitness classes at a local gym.  After a very humbling first class (fun fact: Monica was making everything look easy up in the front row), Licia was hooked and soon attending multiple classes per week.  Years into her group fitness journey, with the sore joints and limited flexibility to prove it, Licia took her first yoga class.  It was love at first sweat, and as the saying goes: when the student is ready, the teacher emerges.  Licia completed her yoga teacher training in 2012, is a RYT200 through Yoga Alliance, and has been teaching ever since.  She loves meeting new students, watching their practices develop, and their confidence grow.

Licia’s hobbies include yoga, strength training, cooking & eating, and traveling.
