What is the FIERCE Plan?
A comprehensive 8-week phased training program that is designed to enhance your overall fitness, strength, and lean muscle mass. We accomplish this through thoughtful workout programming, incorporating various training styles and techniques to keep you engaged while preventing overtraining injuries.

What You Get
8 Weeks of Planned & Coached workouts to do with Monica and Movement Studio Members.
🔴 4 Strength Training workouts each week
🔴 1 Cardio workout each week
🔴 1 Active Recovery workout each week (or this can be replaced with a rest day)
A minimum of 1 Rest Day Each Week is required. If you need additional rest days, take them! Whether the program takes you 8 weeks or 20 weeks follow the workouts in order, challenge yourself.

Who can do FIERCE?
All Movement Studio memberships have access to all the FIERCE workouts. Or you can purchase the 8 weeks for a 1 time payment of $59.
FIERCE is tailored for intermediate to advanced levels. It is recommended that you have experiences with performing body weight & dumbbell strength movements.

All memberships include access to the FIERCE Plan! The virtual option is $34 per month, while in-studio access is $54 per month.

ESSENTIAL: Dumbbells (Light, Medium, Heavy is ideal, but use what you have!) & Resistance Bands (Booty Band, Long Band)
OPTIONAL: Step/Bench -Glider - Jump Rope

Yes! While the physical benefits like fat loss and increased lean muscle mass are fantastic bonuses, FIERCE primarily focuses on building everyday strength and boosting your confidence in ways that go far beyond your workouts. Combine it with proper nutrition, adequate rest, and daily movement for the best results.
