Wow Movement Studio has given me so much meaning back into my life after having 3 kids within 4 years back to back to back and I was feeling like I would never get back to where I have been in the past as a college athlete and Monica you have helped me get back into a healthier version of myself I want to be and strive to get even better in years to come. It has helped me share to other moms who feel like they have “no time” to work out or just feel like they can’t get back to getting healthy again to share how much movement studio has helped me in my journey. Prior to joining Movement Studio I was part of a traditional gym where I took traditional classes (which was fine). Once I joined Movement, not only do I get more sleep (because my commute is simply taking the stairs to my basement), but I feel like the workouts are strategic and tailored to me and my stage of life. I feel fitter and healthier at 42 than I did at 30. I look forward to each new program and how my body and life will change for the better by participating in it.

Being a constant in the early days of the lockdown was comforting, inspiring and gave me something to look forward to and frame my day with (still does!) I love the time I save not having to leave my house or "get my spot!" You entered my life at a time where I needed to focus more on strength and less on cardio and the way you program each week has me stronger than ever and working every muscle group (which you might not get when you to a club with various instructors.) I love the replay option. You play awesome music and your positive attitude is contagious. I always say working out is for my mental health but now I add that I workout so that I'll be strong and independent when I'm in my 80s and 90s!

Being part of the Movement Studio community has benefited my life in different ways at different times and through changing & challenging circumstances. I’ve met some incredibly strong and motivating women and have developed friendships that are deeply important to me. I’m stronger and more fit in my mid 60s than I ever have been. Thanks, Monica, for recruiting Marie D. Moreland! MS is a key component in being my best self.

Movement Studio has been life changing for me! Prior to MS, I was at a traditional gym feeling stuck in a plateau. Classes were not tailored to specific needs and there wasn’t any thought or science put into the workouts. My body was stuck and no matter what I did I wasn’t seeing results. Monica’s programming has given me more strength in my 40s than I had in my 30s and my overall health has greatly improved. She takes the time to program smart workouts that benefit everyone and keep our bodies guessing! But the best part about MS? Hands down the people I have met! Whether on zoom or in person, everyone is supportive of one another. I never thought I could feel so connected to people I have never met, but seeing them on the zoom screen 5 days a week forms a bond. I am so grateful for Movement Studio for improving my physical and mental health!
