    EPIC is our 10-week phased training program designed to build strength, boost endurance, and enhance mobility. It is a strength based program with cardio & mobility mixed in to create a well-rounded, results-driven routine to keep you progressing every step of the way.

    Whether you're looking to get stronger, move better, or feel more energized, EPIC is built to challenge and elevate you!

  • What You Get

    10 Weeks of Planned & Coached workouts to do with Monica and Movement Studio Members.

    🔴 EPIC includes 5 workouts per week, plus one active recovery session & recommended at least 1 Rest Day Each Week. If you need additional rest days, take them!

  • Who can do EPIC?

    EPIC is designed for intermediate and advanced—but don't be intimidated! If you're comfortable with basic bodyweight and dumbbell exercises and willing to challenge yourself, you'll fit right in.

    If you are unsure about starting out with EPIC, check out the Movement Studio Basics Workouts to get you started.

  • Program Cost

    All memberships include access to the EPIC.

    Virtual Only Memberships are $34 per month. Virtual with In-Studio Access Memberships are $54 per month.

    If you don’t want to have a monthly membership You can purchase the 10 week EPIC workout library for a 1 time payment of $65.

  • Equipment:

    ESSENTIAL: Dumbbells (Light, Medium, Heavy is ideal, but use what you have!) & Resistance Bands (Booty Band, Long Band)

    OPTIONAL: Step/Bench -Glider - Jump Rope

  • Will EPIC reduce body fat & improve strength?

    Yes! EPIC is about more than just physical changes—though you'll love the added bonus of increased lean muscle and improved body composition. EPIC is specifically designed to help you feel healthier, stronger, and more confident every single day.
